Food provenance 

We like to pride ourselves on sourcing locally where possible and using local suppliers, encouraging others to do the same 
The main producers and farms we use are: 

Locally made ice cream 

Dawicious Jersey Ice Cream. Our truly delicious Jersey Ice cream is made by Clare Daw on her family farm in Hertford Heath. 
 

Locally sourced meat 

Bridget B’s, Sacombe Farm, Hertford supply our meat. 
 

Eggs from local chickens 

Our Eggs come from East End Farm, Roydon 
 

Locally made sausages 

Our sausages are made just for us by Jason & his team at The Churchgate Sausage Shop, Mayfields Farm. 
 
 

Fruit & veg from local growers 

Amwell Fruit supply our fruit and vegetables; 
 

Local fish 

Our fish is supplied by Stickleback in Potters bar. 
 
 
We don’t do fast food we do good food!  
 
All of our food is proudly prepared fresh to order and therefore may take a little longer than at some establishments.  
 
This also means we can cater to most dietary requirements. 
 
Children's menu available, alternatively some of our dishes from our main menu are available half portion – please ask for details

Served between 12.00pm and 3.30pm 
 

Special dietary requirements 

As our food is all freshly prepared and cooked to order, we can cater for any special dietary requirement. 
 

Group bookings 

We have facilities for parties and group bookings. Call us on 01279 424 180 for more information. A deposit of £10ph is required for tables of 6 or more.
