We are looking for a driven motivated individual, willing to take on the demands and challenges of helping to run a family owned gastropub.
You will be part of a small, hands on team who thrives on the daily challenges of helping us run our business. Daily duties will involve all kitchen work. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to progress in the hospitality industry and climb the ladder.
Chef de Partie
Salary: up to £21k plus generous tips
Full time permanent - 5 days of work and 2 consecutive days off per week
The Dusty Miller is a small independent popular Gastro Pub, serving some of the county’s finest food. We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie for our small kitchen team. The kitchen is led by a talented and creative Head Chef/owner. We require a Chef de Partie who is passionate, dedicated and eager to learn and as Chef de Partie you will be looking to move into a kitchen where you can learn all about flavours and textures and modern cooking techniques.
You will have:
· The ability to demonstrate enthusiasm, drive and determination
· High standards of food preparation
· Have good hygiene awareness and knowledge
· Be competent in all sections of the kitchen
· Attention to detail
· A flair for creativity
