Chris has worked in a number of hotels and gastropubs in and around London, including The Old Bull and Bush in Hampstead and the Coq d’argent in Bank but what he most enjoys is getting back to basics and cooking pub classics using great ingredients and giving the customer what they really want.
All about local produce
Our menu is inspired by what is in season and what is available, therefore it can change on a weekly if not daily basis, quite simply, we let the ingredients speak for themselves, we even encourage customers to bring their own produce in, in exchange of a meal. Chris' respect and love of fresh seasonal produce works in perfect harmony with the rural setting of the pub. The philosophy at The Dusty Miller is very simple - a mix of delicious fresh food, carefully selected drinks in a place where you can be comfy, relaxed, enthused, inspired and well looked after by an efficient and friendly team.
